Ukraine had never “had nukes”. Those installed there, were Soviet Union’s a.k.a. Russia. And they took them back. As a single entity, Ukraine has never had nuclear capability or expertise. Stop making things up. If nuclear weapons are installed in New Mexico, it doesn’t mean they belong to New Mexico.
