The Grand Valley State University student who found racist graffiti on her dorm room door’s whiteboard in mid-February is the same person who put it there, police have determined.
The racist message had included a stick figure in a hangman noose and the words “black b*tch die” and “f**k black history month.” (Image shown is edited)
“When the incident was initially brought to the campus’s attention, several organizations and groups were highly alarmed, prompting assemblies, discussions in the classroom and a university-wide alert to the situation,” according to the Michigan-based college’s student newspaper, the Grand Valley Lanthorn.
Turns out, the incident joins the long and growing list of campus hate-crime hoaxes across the nation.
“The person believed to be responsible for the drawing and language written on the dry erase board is a Grand Valley student and the owner of the message board,” stated Grand Valley Police Department Chief Renee Freeman on Friday. “The incident has had a disruptive impact on the community and as a result, the student has been referred to the Dean of Students for a student code violation. University policy does not permit the release of his/her name.”
However, based on the message’s wording, it seems likely the student is an African-American female.
Me,too. But they will claim that it is true to the grievance they perceive, so it is justified to make it up in a graphic way, as a way to punish those they hate.
I did not know these stories. I pray for the peace of the victims who are now remembered.
This is good news. Just as the boards at the Hollywood Reporter condemned Steven Spielberg for giving the award to Obama for being an “Ambassador for Humanity.”
Because many libs are sick, demented people who view themselves with halos over their heads. When conservatives they meet (accidentally) don't turn to be the bigoted monsters the media and entertainment world depicts them as and "hate" crimes don't actually happen to them, they have to do something to justify their miserable lives. So they invent things. Anything to give meaning to their otherwise worthless existence.
The student only did it to “raise awareness”.

Mercy, mercy mercy! Dear God, please send your protection to those who are in harms way and please give your peace to those who have suffered.
Yes, I remember the Tawana Brawley hoax. She still has never paid the court-ordered restitution to the man she accused. She changed her name and works as a nurse, in, I believe, Virginia. She never will pay that restitution, nor will she have her wages garnished as if the situation were reversed. That’s the only “punishment” she ever received. Of course, she was app 15 at the time-old enough to know better, but still-Sharpton is even more culpable for perpetuating the hoax and using it to stir up animosity and riots lesinf to murder (his usual tactic), and not only never received punishment, but has been treated as some paragon of wisdom by the left and rewarded with teevee shows so that he can further pontificate upon the “sins” of whites, generally because of the cruel trick pulled by Mother Nature in having them born white which leads to all kinds of unfair “white privilige”, like forking over your paycheck to the fedgov until tax freedom day, while being excluded from that promotion because you’re a white male (you know, one of those people whose ancestors mapped the globe, stepped foot on the moon, and spent billions in finding cures for polio and other diseases which affect the third world even more than ourselves).
There is a sense and a scenario in which I pray for the truth of that statement.
Probably like the “poisonous atmosphere” in the Kansas City School District which was awarded by a leftist judge (illegally, against state laws regarding property taxes) billions of dollars for such things as an Olympic-size pool with underwater viewing area, overseas field trips, etc, in order to close the achievement gap and and entice integration (as most whites, seeing the handwriting on the wall, fled the district). The district and its (corrupt) administration blew those billions without ever raising scores, while schools in majority white districts held bake sales and such to fund school activities. The KCSD even paid for taxis to entice white students into the district to help raise the scores, though few utilised the offer.
They wouldn’t understand or acknowledge that the white students and parents placed a greater priority on academic achievement and especially a safe and secure school environment, over all the “bells and whistles” on offer at KCSD which were supposed to help make it one of the most competitive districts in the nation. So the left had their chance at almost unlimited money (the judge told them that “the sky’s the limit” in asking them to offer their “dream list” of amenities to be footed by the tax payers of the state) and still couldn’t close the gap. I believe that at present the DC district spends more per child than any other district, with dismal scores and an unsafe atmosphere to show for it.
Even Prince George Co, bastion of the black middle class (thanks to government jobs) has a failing district. These are the children of the black “bourgeois”. Studies have shown that white male students from poor families in West Virginia have higher scores, lower drop-out rates, and lower crime rates, than their black peers from upper-middle class, two parent black families.
So, it would seem that funding disparities are not the problem here.
Decades later, after blowing through all that money, the KCSD was bankrupt and had to close a percentage of the schools.
And the achievement gap has widened, not closed, nationwide.
