Probably because the accusation isn't true.

What accusation? Ten of the NHS Trusts admit to burning aborted and still birth "along with other rubbish". And two admit to using same for "waste to energy incinerators"

My point is purely technical, and you may consider it irrelevant.

The bodies do not contribute to the heating of the hospitals, since their combustion requires more energy than they contribute.

I would also like to point out the obvious.

The sin and crime is the killing of innocents, not the method by which they dispose of the body.

Just as with the outcry over using fetal tissue in scientific experiments. While it may be disturbing, it is by comparison just not an issue.

Murder is the most serious of all crimes in most jurisdictions, but in many states improper disposal of a body is only a misdemeanor.
