The bodies of thousands of aborted and miscarried babies were incinerated as clinical waste, with some even used to heat hospitals, an investigation has found.
Ten NHS trusts have admitted burning foetal remains alongside other rubbish while two others used the bodies in ‘waste-to-energy’ plants which generate power for heat.
Last night the Department of Health issued an instant ban on the practice which health minister Dr Dan Poulter branded ‘totally unacceptable.’
At least 15,500 foetal remains were incinerated by 27 NHS trusts over the last two years alone, Channel 4’s Dispatches discovered.
The programme, which will air tonight, found that parents who lose children in early pregnancy were often treated without compassion and were not consulted about what they wanted to happen to the remains.

So it’s ok to kill the babies and consider them medical waste, but not ok to dispose of them as medical waste?
You can’t have it both ways. Why would it be totally unacceptable, if it’s not a human being?
Should not be much longer and a trumpet will sound and woe to those who do not hear it.
With no moral compass, and no degree of indignation over the abject failure of any kind of oversight into such atrocities, the world quickly forgets the scenes from Auschwitz and Treblinka.
There were numerous photographs taken of the conditions there, for one purpose only. As General Eisenhower said at the time, someday there will be some son-of-a-bitch who will deny that any such thing ever happened.
It happened, and now, in Great Britain, it is still happening.
Read some of the psycho comments after the Telegraph article. Some people think it’s just great recycling - sort of like turning human bones of Jews into furniture as happened during the Holocaust. Surely, we will all pay for these atrocities...
From my perspective, the British Empire was the original Third Reich and lasted for hundreds of years, perhaps not the 1000 years A-dolf wanted. Glad to see the Brits vicious tendencies still show themselves once in awhile /sarc.

Bingo. Why get all squemish about what is done with "medical waste". That's why I find the slogan that liberals want abortion to be "legal and rare" so disingenuous. Why should abortion be rare, if it is not a human life? What difference does it make? Liberal want to avoid the consequences of their actions by not acknowledging their actions.

The Muslims in the UK aren’t aborting their babies. Britain will richly deserve it’s punishment.
