The question is, will Vladimir Putin seize on the occasion of a major summit meeting of self-important Western leaders to officially seize the Ukraine — thereby making Obama and company look like an assembly of pathetic Lilliputians while Putin himself bestrides the world like a colossus?

Last week, he waited for Biden's arrival in Lithuania before making verbal advances towards Estonia. All Biden did was offer silent assurances to the Baltic nations in the face of US inaction towards Ukraine.
