U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham talks like a conservative but votes like a liberal. Either hes intentionally deceitful or terminally confused, and South Carolina shouldnt tolerate either quality in its senior senator.
Consider the following: Graham supported arming rebels in Syria, some of whom are al-Qaida/Muslim Brotherhood revolutionaries; supports amnesty for illegal aliens but not border control; and supports the National Security Agency spying on American citizens.
In addition, he opposed U.S. Sen. Ted Cruzs courageous filibuster against Obamacare; opposed medical malpractice tort reform; opposed making President Bushs tax cuts permanent; and opposed some conservative judicial nominees.
Where is Grahams self-proclaimed conservatism in any of this?
By any objective measurement, hes one of the most liberal Republican members of the U.S. Senate. This is an embarrassment for deep-red-state South Carolina Republicans. Hed be a fine senator from, say, Maine, but not our consciously conservative state.
Its time for Graham to go. On June 10, Republicans need to support one of the conservative alternatives on the primary ballot.

good reply, you beat me to it. the problem in sc is the money is so fractured by multiple challengers that the low info voter is not aware that there is one serious opponent to get behind. Graham is flooding the airwaves with what a great conservative he is; most voters will not be aware he has an opponent.
Now, that’s the kind of reports I like to read. So tired of the freakin’ doomsdayers on this site.
It’s hard to find a Graham supporter here in the upstate, but they are still some in the midlands, mainly around Columbia, who would support him no matter what. My gut tells me Graham is in trouble, but I have been wrong before.
Thanks. I consider that good news.
