Possibly money, but I think the 10% kickback the grifters got when they gave Boris Yeltsin his 12 billion dollar bailout in the ‘90’s has satisfied their endless greed for a bit. Maybe not, but their endless whining about money was all the talk in DC back then, and it seemed to stop shortly thereafter.
