Solicitors told how to draw up Sharia-style wills penalising widows and non-believers
By John Bingham 22 Mar 2014 Islamic law is to be effectively enshrined in the British legal system for the first time under guidelines for solicitors on drawing up “Sharia compliant” wills. Under ground-breaking guidance, produced by The Law Society, High Street solicitors will be able to write Islamic wills that deny women an equal share of inheritances and exclude unbelievers altogether.
The documents, which would be recognised by Britain’s courts, will also prevent children born out of wedlock – and even those who have been adopted – from being counted as legitimate heirs.
Anyone married in a church, or in a civil ceremony, could be excluded from succession under Sharia principles, which recognise only Muslim weddings for inheritance purposes.
Nicholas Fluck, president of The Law Society, said the guidance would promote “good practice” in applying Islamic principles in the British legal system.

Ah yes, Mr. Fluck will temporarily reap some sort of well disguised contemptuous approval from the usual suspects. If ever things come to a pass in distant years, he may avoid an abominable fate. He may be forced to give up his practice. If mercy is shown he will be allowed to clean the toilets of the legal institution where he held sway.

I just don’t see how this can stand. You can’t have more than one type of law in a nation.
It seems the only person willing to stand up against the muslims is Putin. So sad.
Which makes the present debacle in the Ukraine all the more somewhat convoluted. Sure, what the MSM is telling us about the heavy handed tactics of this man is probably true. Previously, the Islamic terrorist attack on the movie theatre ending in the deaths of many innocent Russians, was a warning to Putin. Everything is not all plain and clear in these situations.
I remember the MSM and the hit job on the Serbs in Kosovo etc. Still searching for the thousands in "mass graves" buried by the Serbs. As time went on it was found that the other side was just as bad in ethnic cleansing. Too late, Islam seems to rule.
