LOL! They can defecate on the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights but corrupt governments can just pick and choose what is allowed and not allowed? It is not a government. It is an chartered organization of home owners.

When signing any contract you invariably will surrender some rights whether that is agreeing to arbitration surrendering the right to sue or some other rights.
