As aircraft and ships continued to search for debris which might be that of the missing flight MH370 on Friday a Malaysian woman on a flight across the Indian Ocean claimed to have seen an aircraft in the water near the Andaman Islands on the day the jet disappeared.
The Kuala Lumpur wife was so convinced about what she saw at 2.30pm on March 8, several hours after MH370 vanished, that she filed an official report with police that very day - a full five days before the search for the plane was expanded to the area around the Andaman Islands.

So let me get this straight:
She says she saw a plane in the water 12 hours after it would have passed by there. So it would have had to be bobbing in the water for 12 hours for her to have seen it.
A Boeing 777 is not going to float for 12 hours.
The plane didn’t crash 12 hours earlier. That’s when it diverted.
It passed through over the Andaman Sea where this woman claims to have seen it 12 hours earlier between 2:11 and 3:11.
So if it had gone down in that area then it would have gone down at that time — 12 hours earlier.
Faulty logic to assume it was going someplace in particular. The plane could have also flown around in circles over the Bay of Bengal for many hours.
Maybe it’s just my old eyes, but I seriously doubt I could make out and ID an object @ 35,000 ft / 6 miles up.
That's darn right, this is at 35,000 feet you can't recognize if any building in land nor ship in the water below,.
She really saw Elvis and mistook him for a plane.
Seems odd youd see a plane... in the water... and not say anything until now

Even the excerpt states she notified the police on March 8; the day the plane disappeared.
Maybe it was a shadow of her own plane
Hey, I see something in the water not far from the coastline. Ohh ohh maybe it’s the missing plane!
Being a FReeper is hard work.
The only ones flying in circles here are the Malaysians and those on board with them.
