I dunno minimally I find that "care providers" such as CNAs LPNs and RNs are "sociopaths"...

It's a power and control issue... playing off of human fears of pain, suffering, illness and death. I have no use for the medical industrial complex as a result... mix in the Left's insistence on having the government intimately connected with your health... and how they can extract your money, and dignity... well...

...I try to avoid sociopaths/psychopaths in my life.

I think it’s saying that care providers are at the other end of the scale—among those least likely to be psychopaths.
