Michigan had a drinking age of 18 and I think every high school kid was an alcoholic.
Makes sense… public schools are prisons for those that have committed the crime of being born, yes?

And now it’s easier for a high school kid to get heroin than it is for him to get a 6-pack of beer.
It is an escape, a way to blow-off steam, or party or whatever. I’d much rather it be done with alcohol than a drug that will ensure physical addiction.
