New marketing campaign: Come to the KC Zoo! Now the animals are outside the cages!
“....and dey all axed for you.”
“Come to Kansas City, where the zoo comes to you!”
The last time I visited the KC Zoo was probably 2004 or 2005. Back then, they DID have certain animals out, running free. I recall seeing turkeys and peacocks, as well as kangaroos just hanging out and walking around.
The KC Zoo is in a neighborhood that I prefer to avoid.
