Kiev (AFP) - Ukraine's acting president on Wednesday said Crimea's separatist leaders had three hours to release the detained head of the ex-Soviet state's navy or face "an adequate response".
Acting president Oleksandr Turchynov said in a statement that "unless Admiral (Sergiy) Gayduk and all the other hostages -- both military and civilian ones -- are released, the authorities will carry out an adequate response... of a technical and technological nature."

The Ukrainian forces in Crimea are being offered to stay and join Crimean military or safe passage to Ukraine.
No reason to be issuing threats now.
Really? I know there are plenty of us who actually see Putin for the threat he is and heave lots of criticism towards Kerry and Obama,,but to say there Freepers who HOPE for a punitive war against Ukraine? I think that’s an irresponsible statement and I respectfully disagree with you.
Whatever happens, the clown will do nothing because it would not poll well. And besides, he is busy getting his snack menu together for the big Tournament.

In three minutes time it will be 7.p.m. GMT
