So if enough Mexicans in Arizona voted to become part of Mexico you would support it?

I can’t agree with you, Vlad, though your tactic is impressive.
America is guided by the rule of the lie.

I think that any thing which weakens Russia makes the world safer in the long run. As much as I hate Islamofacists they have only killed a fraction of what the Communists of Russia have. The Islamofacists have had 1600 years to do it as well.

That's where Reagan goofed, he supported the Islamist Afghans
with side winders, etc. Sadly we are as paranoid now as we were then.

Russia wants power, and to be a player on the world stage, they always have, going back to Peter the Great.
I don’t see them bent on World Domination like the Soviets were.

What a world. The US is defending violent takeover of governments. Russia is defending the ballot box.
Worth repeating

Our founders didn’t create or advocate a direct democracy. Our borders are sovereign and can’t be ceded regardless of people voting to cede them.

Putin used the Winter Olympics to build his forces and the Obama Admin knew and just ignored it

The US (Clinton) attacked Serbia and Obama attacked Libya, both with no real casus belli.

Russia has a lot more going for it than Ukraine, can’t blame the Crimeans for making that choice.

Our borders are sovereignSo why aren't we defending them?

Because the people in charge want to create a crisis in order to foster an overt socialist revolution.

You got to be at the Arkham asylum to believe the Crimean vote was democracy in action
