I listened to the Larry Kudlow show over the weekend. As usual, it was full of self-important eggheads, spewing forth big words and inside the Beltway jokes that only those inside the Beltway would understand, sounding very smug and sanctimonious, talking only to their own pundit class. What good are they?

Do any of them know how to engage targets with a battle rifle? Splint and dress a compound fracture? Plan an L-shaped ambush? Hell's bells...does any of their blather even get one person (other than themselves) to the polls on Election Day? Probably not...but they sure love to make themselves sound important, and sniff each others' farts. IOW, they're verbally fiddling while Rome burns. They're useless to all but themselves.

remember, the Mandarin class suffered when the Revolution in China occurred. I just think that our revolution will be oddly different, but no less painful to the current Mandarin class in Washington D.C.
