Why do liberals hate Sarah Palin? She has made far fewer gaffes than has Joe Biden, whose verbal mishaps have often been racist in nature. Is dropping your g’s worse than saying “corpse-men“? She does not believe that Canadians speak Canadian in the way the president thinks Austrians speak Austrian. Her life story is inspirational — working mom, without inherited privilege or capital, a successful pre-2008 tenure as an Alaska politician.

Biden’s not a good example. They’ll always savage Republicans over Democrats, but if Biden has the effrontery to run again Hillary Clinton in the primaries, the liberal elite will absolutely light into him on all his gaffes, and his educational record, which is hardly more distinguished than Palin’s.
They think they are superior, but the truth is everything they do ends up as a failure or a disaster.

While liberals seem to really hate Sarah Palin, who one would think would be a poster child for feminist... I do recall observing how they dropped their hate-fest and remained deafeningly silent when Sarah abused her power to intervene in her daughter’s child custody battle and not only tried to deprive the child of a father, but tried to totally destroy the father. I guess some things are more holy to liberals than hatred of conservatives — that would be hatred of fathers.

Most important in my mind is that she cleaned up corruption in her own political party in Alaska. The GOP-e noticed, and fear she might do the same nationally if she had the opportunity.
