I intentionally spelled each word on this post, so as not to offend your sense of Queens English and injure any decorum you attach to it...
But, curious:
How would you define the 2A?
Is it the right of the people to secure arms or the Militia?
The meaning of the Second Amendment is clear to anyone who reads it, and does not require my definition. The Second Amendment also does not contain the word “secure”.
I have better things to do with my time than to try to discern whatever meaning might be contained in your posts, and much better things to do than to try to correct your spelling and grammar.
Please take the last (incoherent) word now, and let it go at that.
