They don’t want to ban “being bossy”. They want to ban “calling people bossy”.

They don’t like the fact that some girls are afraid to become “leaders” because the girls don’t want to be called bossy. Instead of teaching these girls how to be good leaders (non-bossy) they just want everyone else to stop calling the “leaders” bossy.

The main problem is that the “ban bossy crowd” doesn’t understand the difference between leadership and being bossy. It’s almost funny seeing them try to lead by bossying everyone into not using the word bossy.

The Ban Bossy campaign has been almost universally panned across the political spectrum.

The word out is that it's real purpose is to pave the way for Hillary Clinton's campaign as the Facebook COO is a close ally of hers.
