Y’all need to stop beating up on us South Carolinians. We’re not marching in lockstep here. Hell, back in 2008 I voted for a Democrat rather than Lindsey to try and get his swishy tail out of office. 2 reasons for that painful vote:
1. Lindsey surgically attached his face to McLame’s posterior. What a sickening display of sycophancy.
2. Lindsey started his amnesty kick after huddling with Hitlery a couple of years prior to the 2008 election. I knew even before he went rabid on letting illegals in (in the case of SC, it was Mexicans) that the Cankled Empress had promised him a neverending stream of suddenly legal voters if he let them in, cementing his power in SC.
Today, the problem is that transplants and young’uns don’t remember or don’t care what Lindsey did or said about amnesty.
Lindsey’s still worried about us old coots with long memories and grudges, though. He’s been running an ad campaign smothering the radio and TV airwaves with his effeminate, prissy boasting much earlier than he’s ever done before. AND, he’s talking about everything BUT “immigration reform” - none of his ads come anywhere near mentioning it.
Hopefully one or two of the primary challengers are waiting for the opportune time to spring a trap on Lindsey, so he’ll waste most of his money on the current ad blitz and won’t be able to strike back effectively. At least that’s what I hope.
And yes, Human Events is not a trustworthy source of anything other than Democrat dreams and wishes.
