It’s not my bomb about the gold, I first heard it today on television on a non-English station.

I cannot provide a link - if there is valid to the report I heard today in Europe, then you will soon enough start seeing this information.

When I think about it, I find it less likely than the scenario that this expert pilot put this plane in the hands of Al Qaida or some nefarious organization who will pack it full of explosives and fly it into a US or European nuclear plant, financial hub or high profile location or event.

Possible targets:
1.) Nuclear plants
2.) Sporting events with big crowds
3.) Tourist attractions or famous landmarks for the psychological impact

This is all speculation, of course. But it does look highly likely that the pilot was the one to pull it off. He is among the world’s best pilots of this aircraft with some 30 years experience and even a home flight simulator.

He DID build a rather expensive and complex Boeing 777 flight simulator in his home where he could practice for his crime away from prying eyes.

The plane went up to 40,000 - 45,000 feet - higher than anyone can survive without oxygen. The only reason to do this was to kill all of the passengers. There simply is no other reason to climb that high. This pilot was a fox, not an idiot.

Then he plummeted to 300 feet or so where he remained under the radar.

So, he did not want any survivors so that leaves two things he could have wanted.
1.) Cargo
2.) The aircraft

OH MY GOD, I SIGNED UP JUST TODAY!
For those of you who comment on my sign up date, if you feel that my date of signing up has some bearing on my argument, so be it. Ignore me. Call me wrong, but at this point it is ALL speculation. My arguments stand on their own merit. As time passes, the story of the gold on board will prove true, false or smoke.

My points above are right. This plane cannot be resold, so it is of value only as a flying suicide bomb or for some unknown cargo. The maneuver to 45,000 feet could have only one purpose and that was to exterminate all life on board not prepared for such a maneuver. The fact that no phone calls came in or signs of panic is because the pilot did it surreptitiously. All on board lost consciousness then died.

Remember some years ago, a Lear Jet took off and had a problem with cabin pressurization. All on board slipped into unconsciousness and died without realizing it - including the cabin crew. The plane flew on until it ran out of fuel.

It happens fast. No alarm would ever be raised by a soul.

Don’t get all bent out of shape.

If you post on this forum then be prepared with sources for statements like:

“We now find out this flight had over a ton of gold on board as cargo.”

Now we find out that we didn’t find that out as you have no source for that claim.

The 777 is certified to FL430 ... higher than anyone can survive without oxygen. The 747 is certified to FL450 .... higher than anyone can survive without oxygen.

On my last commercial flight, we cruised at FL390, higher than anyone can survive without oxygen.
