Good question. I was stationed in Pirmasens and lived off base about 100 yards from the local brewery, Parkbrau. It's the one thing I miss from that duty station.

BBK, Barbarossa Kaiser Pils, otherwise known as Bad Beer from Kaiserslautern.
Schultheiss is a Berlin beer.
