Gimme a break. This whole sideshow was a setup by Cummings intended to take attention away from the content (Lois Lerner taking the 5th again) of the hearing. The MSM, ever in the Dem's pocket, played along and made that the story of the day.
A secondary purpose was for the Dems to exploit the racial angle which is a sine qua non with them.
