I have to disagree with you. Any attempt by congress to impeach in 2014 would be a media disaster for the republicans, which will cost them the house and a chance at the senate.
Patience is a virtue. Hold the House. Win the Senate. Then start changing anything unconstitutional the President implemented. If the President refuses to budge, now go the impeachment route. With two full years and no impediments. And in the process you can take down Holder, Sebillius, Lerner, and work on Reid and Pelosi.
