What's to review?
If "practices" can't, or don't follow the pertinent law, or actually applies the opposite of its clear language, that must be one hell of a sloppily written law!
“Obama orders review of US deportation practices”.......
Pretty obvious to me he is looking for a loophole when his days comes to be “deported”.
