I dont give a Rats Ass what they say, FIRST DEGREE ATTEMPTED MURDER.
Kelly had this on FOX tonight, other cops at scene said he did the right thing, his supervisor said he responded correctly.
The whole bunch of bastards should be fired if that's their position, they're unfit to be cops.
What if I gunned down an old man with a cane because I thought it was a gun?
How would that work out for a regular citizen and believe me, nobody in authority would be saying I did the right thing.
And don't answer the door with a video game controller in your had as well: known to get you killed by a cop.
You are now! You can never take the side of the cops. NEVER!!!!!!!! /s ;^)
we have some really unprofessional and deadly cops out here! Good grief!
Criminal is correct...when will it stop!?
His wife is also lucky the cop didn’t blow her head off either while she was sitting in the truck. You can see the bullets going through the back window of the pickup.
“Criminal is correct...when will it stop!?”
Don’t know, but from where I sit we have two problems, Feral Blacks and Feral Cops. The only difference is that the Feral Cops get away with it most of the time, while the Feral Blacks often find it life-ending.
I’m going to the pound and getting an unpleasant dog that I will not become emotionally attached to.
Obviously you need reeducation peasant./sarc
If you as a peasant made such a mistake you would be in jail.
I would guess that he wasn’t paying attention, wasn’t watching the driver, looked up, saw him reaching into the bed and panicked. Total f***up by the cop all the way around. He’s lucky he didn’t kill both of them. From where his rounds were hitting he’s lucky he didn’t hit other people. It appears only by chance that 1 round hit the driver.
Don’t think it hasn’t been tried, from my mother, school teachers, ex wives, to control freak bosses, and the reps of various government agencies and it aint worked worth a damn for em. I am sure they will keep trying but everybody needs a hobby, mine just happens to be twisting their tails now and again.
This mindset of go home at the end of shift at all costs is costing innocent people's and dog's lives. Question to LEOs: what's your “collateral damage” — that is, body count — for being wrong and killing innocents? Yeah, I know, at least you go home after your shift after committing murder. The cops have pitched the Rule of Law for the Law of the Jungle. That is not VERY comforting.
Pig...

LOL
**....their policy that the officers make it home safely....**
Safely from what? A LEO job is nor longer considered a *dangerous* job in the USA.
Cops are jacked up on steroids, with the knowledge they are immune from bad behavior and glowing in their own self-importance.

I’m the dummy who posted #37
I’m in the middle on this one.
Might be persuaded if I watched it more but, there it is.
I’d love to learn where this POS cop lives
