I would say, yes he is. I will never again expect a ruling based on the Constitution from the Supreme Court unless said ruling benefits the Democrat Party. On November 4, 2008 the Constitutional Republic of the United States became a banana republic by the will of the voters.

So raise your glass to GW Bush. He personally brought all of this down on his country. The people remembered when he said “mission accomplished” and then proceeded to pi$$ away our human treasure and our treasure treasure to the end of his second term. His “team” had no exit strategy, and no strategy to win outright.
