No need for a nuke sub on a remote road on a desert plain or in a jungle. You would only need a tanker truck with jet fuel.
Not possible to take off again unless it landed on an actual runway made of reinforced concrete able to handle a heavy jetliner. Even if it landed on a stretch of “interstate highway,” it would wreck the cement and not be able to take off. It could semi-crash land on a road, but it would remain there forever. The runways that are long enough and strong enough for a 777 to land and take off from are all known.
