PORT DICKSON: A group of fishermen found a life raft bearing the word
Boarding 10 nautical miles from Port Dickson town at 12pm yesterday.
One of the fishermen, Azman Mohamad, 40, said they found the badly damaged raft floating and immediately notified the Kuala Linggi Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) in Malacca for assistance to lift the raft as it was very heavy.
"We managed to tie it to our boat as we feared it would sink due to the damages," he said.
When the MMEA boat arrived, the fishermen then handed over the raft into their custody.
However, a Kuala Linggi MMEA spokesman said the raft sunk into the sea while they were trying to bring the raft onboard.
one of the most unusual floating objects was the Harley Bike from Japan that floated across the Pacific and is now at the Harley museum in Milwaukee.

Is that rush hour or in light traffic?

Maybe after it felt like their innards were being suckec out and the smell of human waste filled the cabin ... if they plane dove fast enough to 10K feet then they would have all remained alive to know what was coming to them very quickly
They would have lost consciousness within seconds from the rapid decompression and hypoxia. Some might come back closer to sea level.
I guess we would have to see which way the tide flows. It has been 5 days...
At least US carrier are required to for extended overwater operations. I imagine the same applies to foreign carriers.
I dunno. Why don't you book a flight to KUL, rent a car, and time it. Here's the map.
40 or 50 below zero isn’t that bad. The temps wouldn’t get ya, but the sudden decompression might.
The stupidity coming out of the people speculating is even worse.
Same as the entire offshore depths around Malaysia for miles and miles...
Under 250 feet deep.
You can check that on Google Earth.
Sorry no, that doesn’t happen until about 40,000 feet. Thats why they put those oxygen mask thingies on these planes. Because people have time to get them. Their eardrums might blow out and they’d certainly get dizzy but they would not suddenly black out.
Within a minute they’d be below 25,000 feet and able to breath.
