How about the first time bust for driving while drugged your license is revoked forever. Of course do the same with booze.
I am sick and damn tired of some drunk and now some dope-smoking freak crossing the center line and killing a family of five, then goes to court and some shyster lawyer gets him off with vehicular manslaughter and probation. How about life in prison with no possibility of parole.
