Icons in Russia and Ukraine are weeping! This is a bad Omen! Weeping statues in Poland and Russia tell of a possible war. As for jurisdiction—didn’t we do that to Russia in trying to get Snoden? There is something going on we do not see. Do I hear the advancing hoofbeats of the four housemen?

Snowden would have had to commit his 'espionage' in Russia and against Russian interests for it to be equivalent.

As for the 4 horsemen, the situation certainly has all the right elements.
