... She called Jolly to congratulate him.

There’s another reason why Jolly won...Sink is a terrible, no, a gawd-awful candidate. She sucks on the stump. Period. She can’t connect with the voters..and in retail, on the street, press the flesh campaigning...that’s a disaster. In fact, I’d venture to say that she’s worse than Martha Coakley...
Yeah...the “enhanced meaning software” is hard-wired in my cranium.
I can’t wait for Liz to use “Sparkleez”
Thanks Mr. Jolly for taking on the scum that is the MSM/Democratic Party today and defeating them.
That you did it with one 4th the money of the scum machine and little from the R(e) is even more amazing! Good luck in November. I pray for even more guys/gals like you willing to stand up to the LEFT!
OMG-—worse than Martha Coakley? That’s real b-a-a-a-a-d.
I’ll focus on the near term and predict that Alex Sink will keep running for office in Florida. Unlike most GOP candidates, the Dims interpret a loss as merely a temporary set-back, and never a reason to abandon their political ambitions.
I spend a lot of time in Virginia, and this philosophy is on display in our current governor (and Clinton enabler) Terry McAuliffe. When he first ran for governor, he was beaten badly in the Democratic primary and ridiculed as a terrible candidate. In the interim, McAuliffe kept spending money, twisting arms and building a network of supporters across Virginia. Four years later, he was elected in a tight race, thanks in part to a split in the GOP ranks that undermined Ken Cuccinelli’s campaign.
McAuliffe’s margin of victory was small, but he won, and we’re stuck with him for the next four years. There’s something to be said for persistence; I’m certainly glad that Jolly won, but I heard that Sink spent twice as much on the race, and with her access to large amounts of cash, she will be back. Unfortunately, we’re far too willing to write off promising GOP candidates who lose their first race—or run afoul of the GOPe.
Glenn Close’s character in Fatal Attraction was also named Alex.....hmmmmm......
Short for Alexandra?
Most likely she will be right back on the campaign trail in a couple of months for another crack with the mid terms.
Wow.
RE: Glenn Closes character in Fatal Attraction was also named Alex.....hmmmmm......
Yeah Glenn, that’s another confusing name.
If she were not a well known actress, I’d swear I think Glenn Close was a man when I hear the name.
Here’s another — Cameron Diaz. Here’s another, singer — STEVIE NICKS. Here’s another -— Actress, Sean Young.
Here’s how I’d like to rename them — Gwen Close, Camilla Diaz, Stephanie Nicks, Sheena Young.
Why do parents want to confuse the hell out of people by giving their daughters male names?
I would think she would go with Adelaide then. Lovely name that.
LOL!!!
