The Pen & Phone will not get that done!
Really? Thusfar I have not seen anyone who will stop them from doing ANYTHING.
He does not actually have to do it though. Dems just have to run on a platform of promising to do it.

"That's easy - just promise more free stuff." How soon before the communist Democrats start promising free cars, free clothes, free bling and free sex in order to get elected?

Well, if Hillary is looking for the “youth” vote, they will be voting for one of the oldest, tiredest looking candidates I’ve ever seen.

Hillary needs a big repub win in November for her to get into the WH in 2016. Contrary to all the hoopla we're hearing now, I still doubt the Repubs' ability to take control of the Senate. My prediction is still a net gain of 4-5.

November... tipping close races by paying "libertarians" to siphon off votes from GOPers. Well just maybe the Republicans should act a little like they were conservatives rather than Democrats me-toos that they've been for the last 30 years. Do you somehow think that the Republicans are entitled to the libertarian vote?

But another promise, to promise? Obama has already been caught in lies. DIMs are avoiding him. Has Obama tried bikini clad females in his sales ads yet?

“That hasn’t stopped them so far...”
On this issue it apparently has; it hasn’t been done yet. While I know the government will simply print more paper, to live in an area that has really run out of money is eye-opening; to see layoffs of cops, firefighters, schoolteachers, etc. is a first in my lifetime. The ghettoes have had their services yanked to provide for the few remaining corporate taxpayers within their municipalities, and our infrastructure is starting to resemble Mogadishu; too much current revenue is spent on public retirees, leaving little for current residents.
Somebody, somewhere, decided enough was enough.

I guess the dems did not realize that they needed to get more dead people to vote.

Not sure why people here think that the republicans (otherwise know as democrats lite) are entitled to the libertarian vote. Why do you think that the republicans are entitled to the democrat vote? Libertarians aren't Republicans. They believe in less government, not the total police state envisioned by the two major parties
If the Republicans were actually conservative they might not be vulnerable to libertarian candidates

Do you somehow think that the Republicans are entitled to the libertarian vote? Nope. But a well-trained faux-libertarian can spout out enough conservative-sounding bromides to tip an election.

“It ain’t over till the fat lady sings” is credited to the late San Antonio sports writer and commentator Dan Cook.

Nope. But a well-trained faux-libertarian can spout out enough conservative-sounding bromides to tip an election. The cure is what I said before. Get Republicans who are actually conservative. Sure not the current crop except for maybe Cruz and Paul.
I know! Let the Republicans run McCain and Romney on the SAME ticket. That will win for sure. < /sarcasm>

The “youth” vote is generally based on what the latest fad is.
Hope, Change, Yes we can, were nothing more than the latest fad promising what?
Change.
It was something new, it was exciting.
Everyone created in their own mind what the “Change” was going to be.
“The Third Way” will be the latest fad promising what?
Change.
“The Third Way” is something new, it’s exciting.
Everyone can create in their own mind what “The Third Way” means.
Same exact campaign just using different words.

Yes. Which is why I expect they'll float some sort of student loan forgiveness scheme. I also expect they'll propose some sort of net neutrality law and begin dragging NSA officials out for public floggings.
