The Norks have intermediary range missiles capable of hitting regions of the US. They have an insane man as supreme leader who has said ugly things to us and our allies in the past, and has attacked his neighbor to the south without provocation.

I'd call that a threat of sorts.

When the Norks blow off a missile they don’t have a clue of where its going to land. It would just as likely land in Beijeing square as the US.

If you want to lose sleep I would suggest my two favorite nightmares; a cyber attack putting the grid down or Obama declaring martial law and trying to take over.
