Except that the Millenials ain’t entering the workforce - there’s no jobs for them. That’s why a quarter of them are living in their parent’s basements.

This isn't all Millennials but it's the best I could find. The employment level is almost back to pre recession highs which had been the peak since the early 80's and late 70's when the Baby Boomers were grown up and out working:
