Sen. John Thune (R., S.D.) called out the Obama administration for an “outrageous” Obamacare tax exemption for certain unions that he says will be passed on to the American people.
“Every American ought to be outraged,” he said. “This is cronyism at its worst. Basically, what the president said was that he and his friends are above the law, because there is a reinsurance tax in Obamacare that’s designed to apply to all self-insured plans. And what the president did is he waived that for certain, self-insured, self-administered plans, namely unions, so they don’t have to pay that tax. And because the tax was designed to raise a certain amount of revenue, that means everybody else has to pay a higher tax.”
Unions have been one of the most surprising and vociferous Obamacare critics. The strongly Democratic groups have written lawmakers demanding changes to the law that had, among other things, redefined a full work week as 30 hours.
Now, Thune said, Obama has given in, partially, to their demands and the cost will be borne by those not fortunate enough to wield union influence.

RINO Coward Thune is as guilty as Soetoro-Obama because he refuses to use his good offices to enforce the US Constitution and Impeach Soetoro-Obama.
RINO Coward Thune is the perfect example of why the RINO Wing is the most destructive force to the formerly great Republican Party.
The sooner that we rid the Republican Party of RINO Cowards such as Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, McConnell, Cornyn, McCain and now Thune, the better our chances will be to restore Constitutional Law in the current Communal US Federal Government.
BTW, RINO Coward Thune, our OUTRAGE is simple: the summer of 2014 is the time to Impeach Obama, or for you to resign as Senator.

If the Regulation Mantra: “We must write a Regulation so well written that this current bad situation never happens again!” had any truth to it, then all that would be needed to be done would be to post THE Regulation against Bank Robbery on every Bank in America, and then there would “never again” be another Bank robbery in the United States of America.
If faith in the Law
Is seen as a flaw,
Then write to Regulate,
And replace the Law!
And that is the problem.
