Thousands loved the Seuss reprise. Since they didn’t ask anyone else to close the CPAC meeting, they obviously like her style and her courage to express herself in her own terms. It’s refreshing not to see everyone canned and packaged...and ignored.

“Sarah next time, no more Dr. Seuss.”
Why? It was cleaver and made the point. Sarcasm is a powerful weapon.

Palin has faded largely from public view since a somewhat tumultuous fall from grace after her brief stint as John McCain's running mate in 2008...Sarah Palin. Making liberals head explode since 2008.

We might have won, but the ratings have tanked big time.

If she did not use Dr. Seuss, the media would find another way to ignore the important points of her speech. And distort and lie about the rest. There are four groups that the media is their number one enemy: 1. Heterosexual men. 2. Christians. 3. Conservatives. 4. Legitimate gun owners.

Fall from grace? Grace from who exactly? The MSM? What arrogance on the part of the writer. F&^$% the MSM. Attempting to appease the MSM, ala John McCain, is the #1 problem with rhino-types. This gives the MSM power. More politicians should whack the MSM upside the head ala Palin. Appeasement shows weakness.

re:Dr Seuss
You misunderstand her tactic......... she was making it so simple that even a lame brain, bottom of the heap, uneducated, Acorn/SIEU partisan could understand.
Biting humor is terrifically effective

Lol. Best selling books, FOX News commentator, 4 million followers on Facebook, SarahPAC, fundraiser, endorser, activist, etc.... Nice way to fade from public view.

We watched her speech from start to finish and enjoyed every bit of it. I think the Dr. Seuss bit was funny and clever.

Governor Palin is one of the few (only?) Republicans to effectively turn Saul Alinsky's tactics back onto Democrats.
The Dr. Suess riff was an example Rule #5:
Ridicule is mans most potent weapon. There is no defense. Its irrational. Its infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

If she’s so “faded from public view” then why are they talking about her?????

Robertson’s colorful language was about sexuality and private parts but the media rewrote it as they always do into an attack on people when it wasn’t.
This article pretty much proves the point Palin made about how the media carries the water of those who constantly claim to be “offended” and believe in “tolerance” and “acceptance” at the same time.
BEING TOLERANT AND ACCEPTING OF OTHERS WORKS BETTER WHEN YOU ARE NOT OFFENDED BY WHAT OTHERS SAY. THE MOMENT SOMEONE TELLS ME THEY ARE ‘OFFENDED’ THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY ARE NOT ‘TOLERANT’ OR ‘ACCEPTING’ OF OTHERS.

I have noticed that Sarah Palin is a MUCH more polished speaker. She appears to have worked very hard on her public speaking skills.
