If a rabid dog is running around and hasn’t actually bitten anyone yet, is it OK with you if it gets home safe?
It’s not just rogue cops we don’t like; if you recall the “Doomsday Prepper” with his homemade body armor who was going to help himself to everyone else’s stuff if necessary, there was strong disapproval of him too, with suggestions that a preemptive strike would be appropriate.
