To: Respond Code Three
The officer is not the one who passed the law, and he stated he would wait for orders. Thus far, he has done nothing illegal. So again, why is it not ok for him to go home safe? Many of us don't care if storm troopers make it home safe. This officer has self-identified as one.

What is bothering me about that is this: Why can’t the citizenry live in peace without thugs making threats to kick in their doors, why is that acceptable to some?
For some, they are so enamoured of (abused) authority and power that they make excuses for abuses of authority and power.
The people have a right to not be threatened by the organs of the state that they employ.
The cop is a servant of the people, he would do well to remember that.

Many of us would prefer storm-troopers don’t make it home safe.
