A picket patrol might be interesting, but there’s also a fine line between making a point and being a gratuitous nuisance.
The gun-scared pussycats in Hartford need to lion up. Spelling intended. Those guns weren’t helping crime at ALL until they lost their heads in Hartford.
Thinking it over, the guys in Hartford might snap over any display of protest that frightens them.
Not a reason to not protest.
But certainly reason for caution.
These guys, again judging by their rhetoric, are itching to “knock the peasantry into line”.
They are looking for excuses.
