Whoever runs MUST be eligible. I don’t care if my father, brother, mother, best friend, or pastor were running. If they were not Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, Vattel 212 natural born citizens, I would declare them to everyone as ineligible to the office.

I will continue to support the Constitution in this regard until the Supreme Court says otherwise and then push for a Constitutional Amendment to remedy their error.

After a great deal of study on this subject, I have concluded beyond any doubt, that the founders intended for the president, because of his duties as command-in-chief, to be born in the country by two citizen parents. No exceptions other than those alive at the time of the founding, which does not apply today since all of them are long dead.

So you’re saying that Milt and Juan were ineligible, too? Don’t understand? Ask me.

Being a citizen and qualified to run for president, Cruz will do just fine, he will also easily win against Paul, with conservatives.
