I think breach of contract is more likely.
Both sides admit the contract was silent about GZ, who was acquitted on all charges. From a legal perspective there is nothing at all wrong with GZ's attendance, even in an advertised special role.
Certainly that would be one cause, but GZ is a white hispanic too.
