Cummings' stunt was pre-planned, just as Hillary's "What difference does it make" outburst was pre-planned so as to CHANGE THE HEADLINE IN MEDIA REPORTS ABOUT THE HEARINGS:

Notice how Lois Lerner stayed seated during Cummings' outburst after Issa had already adjourned? Lerner knew what Cummings was going to do, even before the hearing started.

By the way, Lerner talks openly to the NEW government behind closed doors, but pleads the 5th to the OLD government (and us) in front of the cameras.

Which is why I think the temptation will be overwhelming for libs to find for their 2016 presidential nominee another "mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy" (to quote gold ol' Joe Biden's description of Obama). And if they can find someone with similar qualifications to become Attorney General, they figure can't miss.

Say what you will, these socialist revolutionaries know how to win a fight when they know their side has no rules. The goal is to overturn the governmental structure of the US.
