California could cut their taxes to zero, and if Michigan were still offering to underwrite their production costs with taxpayer money, they’d go to Michigan.

Ahh but see AGAIN you left out the other half of the equation the Govt. Regs. Like it being mandatory that you pay Prevailing Wage for certain work (A.K.A. Union Regs)

California AND Michigan both have such laws in place.

Whether it is just tax advantages or the underwriting of the
projects themselves, the point about liberal tycoons and
liberal politicians remains, doesn’t it?
