>> The Dims can keep her. Dont want her on our side I dont care what she says.<<
Still, if her first two campaign issues are 1) Impeach Obama, and 2) Repeal Obamacare, the runoff election gets interesting.
Apparently a lot of Texas Democrats don’t like either Obama or Obamacare, and even if Rogers is a loon, they can send a clear message of their dislike of both by voting for her without doing any lasting damage (since Cornyn is the heavy favorite in the general election.)
2 Questions:
Can GOP voters cross over in the runoff if they’ve already voted in the GOP primary?
Can any voter who didn’t vote in the primary still vote in the runoff?
Depending upon the answers I see a potential opportunity for another Operation Chaos here. Imagine the headlines if the Senate Democrat nominee chosen by Texans supported both impeachment and repeal.
As I said, this could get interesting....
She may be a loon, but I’d bet she’s more sane than Cynthia McKinney.
Scratch that.
She may be a loon, but I’d bet she’s more sane than Nancy Pelosi.
