I’m surprised Harry let the vote proceed if he knew he didn’t have the votes. Makes me thing he got the outcome he wanted; kill the nomination and blame it on Republicans.

Interesting point. But why bring in Biden? Why make Landrieu, and others up for election, more vulnerable?
