Exactly. The RINO’s are not for, and never have been for, smaller government.

They’re just in favor of running the large, intrusive government their way.

Very good summary. RINOs and Dems differ only on who holds the lash and how steep is the hill we are sliding down. I’m still looking for a party that seriously believes the Constitution is a valid contract between the people and the government.
