Sounds reasonable. Then what? Either she has something worthy of immunity and will spill the beans (Don’t think she will) or she maintains the “I ain’t saying nothin’” strategy. Contempt of Congress? Would the Attorney General (who has been found in criminal and civil contempt) convene a grand jury?
I’m thinking Issa et al has enough evidence to charge Lerner but she doesn’t fear prosecution.
