Cornyn spent tons of $$$ promoting himself as a super conservative who fought ObamaCare.If what I heard is true, Cornyn spent $6 million to get less than 800K votes, or about $8 per vote. It worked for the early voting crowd, as his % went down for those who voted yesterday.
