How is this fair to those who were already dumped off their plans?

Not to mention, since Obamacare is a tax, why are some going to be punished and others not?

Seems like this is unconstitutional.

The insurance companies and employers have most likely already done away with those plans, or have already gone a long way down the road towards eliminating them.

They will not want to reverse that course now.

“Seems like this is unconstitutional.”
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Yes it does, now please list all the recent government actions that DO NOT violate the constitution, please. I mean for real, not just things that some jackass court decision allowed. I have read the constitution and I am convinced that a strict reading of it would put an end to ninety percent of what the federal government does in this country. To claim, as the courts do, that all of this meets the test is to say that the founders spent months working out a constitution and then threw in a couple of catchall phrases that amount to, “Oh, hell, this is too much trouble, forget all the rest of it and just do whatever you can get away with.”
